Acceptance of These Terms

By continuing to use this website or any online facility made available through it, you agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Stop using the website if you do not agree.

Section 01

Acceptance and Scope

These Terms form an agreement between you and Ridipta Welfare Foundation regarding access to and use of this website, its forms, donation facilities, event information, downloadable material and related online services controlled by the Foundation.

Additional conditions displayed for a particular donation, event, volunteer activity, campaign or service will also apply. If a specific condition conflicts with these general Terms, the specific condition will apply to that activity to the extent of the conflict.

Section 02

Eligibility and User Responsibility

You may use the website only when you are legally capable of doing so and your use is permitted by applicable law.

  • Information submitted by you must be accurate, current and relevant.
  • You are responsible for protecting your device, email account and payment credentials.
  • A parent or lawful guardian should supervise use by a minor where required.
  • You must not impersonate another person or submit information without authority.
Section 03

Permitted Website Use

You may use this website for lawful, personal and informational purposes, including:

  • Learning about the Foundation, its programs, causes, events and activities.
  • Contacting the Foundation or submitting a genuine enquiry.
  • Making a lawful voluntary donation using an available payment method.
  • Expressing interest in volunteering, partnerships or event participation.
  • Sharing publicly available website links through ordinary social channels.
Section 04

Prohibited Conduct

You must not misuse the website or interfere with its operation. Prohibited activity includes:

  • Uploading malware, malicious code or material intended to damage systems.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases or administration areas.
  • Using automated tools to scrape, overload or disrupt the website without written permission.
  • Submitting unlawful, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, discriminatory or infringing content.

  • Using donation, contact or registration forms for spam, fraud or commercial solicitation.
Security Monitoring

Reasonable technical logs may be reviewed to detect abuse, fraud, attacks or unauthorized activity.

Section 05

Donations and Payment Transactions

Donations are voluntary. By initiating a donation, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the transaction does not involve unlawful funds or activity.

  • You must verify the amount, selected cause and donor information before confirming payment.
  • Banks, UPI applications and payment service providers may apply their own terms, limits, fees and verification processes.
  • A payment request or transaction reference does not by itself prove that funds were successfully received.
  • The Foundation may contact you to verify a transaction, correct an obvious error or complete required records.
  • Refund or cancellation requests will be assessed according to the circumstances, applicable law and payment-provider rules; approval is not automatic unless legally required.
Never Share Secret Credentials

The Foundation will not ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, card PIN, banking password or similar confidential authentication information.

Section 06

Receipts, Records and Tax Information

Donation acknowledgements or receipts are generated using the details supplied by the donor and the transaction information available to the Foundation. You are responsible for checking that your name, address, PAN and other relevant details are correct before or promptly after submission.

A donation should not be assumed to qualify for any tax deduction merely because a receipt is issued. Eligibility depends on the Foundation’s applicable registrations, the nature of the donation, donor eligibility and prevailing legal requirements. Obtain independent tax advice where necessary.

Section 07

Events, Programs and Volunteer Activities

Event schedules, venues, speakers, activities and participation arrangements may change due to operational, safety, weather, legal or other circumstances.

  • Participation may be subject to registration, capacity, age, safety or eligibility requirements.
  • You must follow reasonable instructions issued by organizers, venue staff or authorized volunteers.
  • You remain responsible for your personal belongings, travel, health needs and voluntary participation decisions.
  • The Foundation may deny or end participation where conduct creates risk, disruption or non-compliance.
  • Separate consent may be requested before using identifiable photographs, videos or testimonials.
Section 08

Intellectual Property and Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, documents and other original material are owned by or lawfully used by Ridipta Welfare Foundation.

You may view, print or share ordinary website links for personal, non-commercial and informational use. You may not reproduce, modify, sell, license, republish or commercially exploit substantial website content without prior written permission or another lawful basis.

Section 09

User Submissions and Permissions

When you submit feedback, text, documents, photographs, testimonials or other content, you confirm that:

  • You have the right and authority to submit the material.
  • The material does not unlawfully violate privacy, confidentiality or intellectual-property rights.
  • The submission is not knowingly false, misleading, abusive or unlawful.
  • You grant the Foundation permission to review, store and use it for the purpose for which it was submitted.

Public publication, promotional use or broader reuse of identifiable personal material should be based on an appropriate permission or notice.

Section 10

Third-Party Links and Services

The website may link to payment providers, maps, social networks, corporate partners or other external services. External services are independently operated and may have separate terms, privacy practices, availability and security controls.

A link does not automatically mean that the Foundation controls, guarantees or endorses every statement, product or service on the external destination. Review the third party’s terms before using it.

Section 11

Information and Service Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided for general information and foundation-related communication. Although reasonable efforts may be made to keep information useful and current, the Foundation does not promise that every page will always be complete, error-free, continuously available or suitable for every purpose.

  • Website content is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or tax advice.
  • Internet transmission and electronic storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure or uninterrupted.
  • Technical errors may affect forms, notifications, payment status or displayed content.
Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Foundation and its authorized representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from website use, inability to access the website, reliance on general website content or the acts of an independent third-party service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any mandatory right available to you under applicable law.

Section 13

Indemnity for Misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for loss, claims, costs or expenses reasonably arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, deliberate security interference, infringement of another person’s rights or material breach of these Terms.

Section 14

Suspension, Refusal and Termination

The Foundation may restrict access, reject a submission, block abusive traffic, suspend an online facility or report activity where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, legal rights, charitable operations or public safety.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, payment records, liability, indemnity, governing law and other terms intended to continue will survive termination of website access.

Section 15

Changes, Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Foundation may update these Terms when website features, operational practices or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be published on this page with a new update date or version number.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory legal forum or dispute-resolution right, disputes connected with these Terms will be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not automatically waive it.
